Is the reason why I can't breathe through my nose, is it a nasal flesh problem or a bone problem?

There is no space like a tube inside the nose, and there are three pieces of meat called conchae on both sides. If there is growth and swelling in the turbinates, that is, hypertrophy, together with the curvature of the septum, nasal congestion becomes more pronounced.
